Pirate cottage is a beautiful spacious 3/4 bedroom holiday cottage available for weekly rentals all year round. It is situated in the heart of St Mawes, a picturesque Cornish village located at the tip of the Roseland Peninsula. The cottage is very close to the beach and the harbour and has a sea view as well as private outside space - a roof terrace above the annexe. The cottage sleeps 6-8 - it has 1 6ft double bed, a bunk bed, a bed that can be zipped together as a 6 ft double or 2 singles and in a separate annexe there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and an en suite shower room. There is a bathroom, separate, toilet, sitting room, dining room and kitchen/breakfast room.  There is an open fire, fridge/freezer, microwave washing machine, tumble drier, TV, video and DVD player.

The cottage has 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs and 1 downstairs) a kitchen with table and chairs, a separate dining room, sitting room, bathroom with separate toilet and an additional bedroom with en suite shower room in a separate annexe. Above this there is a roof terrace.

On the Ground Floor there is a large well equipped kitchen, which leads into a generous sized breakfast/dining room with views over the harbour. The table extends for 8. This room benefits from a useable open fire place. There is a large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer in the kitchen. There is one bedroom on the ground floor. Outside there is side access to the front, ideal for coming home from the beach with sandy feet and wet boards etc.
 
Upstairs is the main Bedroom which has a new 6' pine double bed along with 2 pine chests of drawers and a walk in hanging cupboard. The views over the harbour are breath taking.

There is also a bunk room, bathroom and separate toilet along with a spacious sitting room. The main sitting room is upstairs, which again allows one to enjoy the activities of this busy little harbour, through the 2 double sash windows. This room has a large 5 person corner sofa as well as 2 swivel chairs. There is a Sony Triniton Television along with a Video and DVD player in this room.
 
There is a good sized outside yard accessible from the Kitchen and our new roof terrace can be reached via the back stairway from the yard. The roof terrace is private and delightful and has a table and chairs as well as sun loungers on it. It's just perfect for Al fresco dinners after a hard day's holidaying.
